While our chocolates are delicious, they are also perishable . Once they've left our shop, we have little control over the temperature or conditions of your order in transit, so we cannot accept responsibility for melted or damaged products.
Chocolate orders will be carefully packed, prepared and posted within one working day of receiving your order.
We post First Class Signed For (U.K Inland), Monday to Friday inclusive. This usually means you will receive next day delivery but this is not guaranteed.
